Will be responsible for repairs which include plumbing , appliance repair, drywall. painting ,carpentry and basic electrical

Prepare units for tenant move ins

Clean out apartments

Assist with janitorial duties when needed

Conduct Maintenance Inspections which include Security and Fire Alarm Systems
