Building Superintendent at Premier Residential Condominium in Rehoboth Beach Delaware

Report to General Manager

Supervise Janitorial Staff and Maintenance Technician

Perform daily maintenance duties

Maintain condo owner relationships by assisting owners with tasks directed by the General Manager

Report all daily and after hours emergencies to General Manager

Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly task lists and review with General Manager

Schedule regular, required or proactive maintenance on equipment

Be available for 24 -hour on call for urgent issues

Responsible for common area maintenance

Responsible for minor plumbing repairs

Supervise contractors for major renovation projects

Will use maintenance software programs for tracking components and inventory

Maintain certification as a Certified Pool Operator and maintain pool

Assist General Manager in planning the maintenance and replacement of capital equipment

Qualified candidates should have strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Pool Systems

Qualified Candidates should have 10 years Building Superintendent or Maintenance Management Experience
