Job Description

-Work in call center environment contacting accounts that are overdue
-Take payments over phone
-Work out payment arrangements with consumers.
-Negotiate settlements.
-Adhere to all consumer protection laws

Job Requirements:

-Must be able to work until 9pm two nights per week.
-Must have good verbal communication skills.
-Must have customer service or collections experience.
-Must be able to work in a windows based computer operating system.
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
