Collector

• Work in call center environment contacting accounts that are overdue
• Take payments over phone
• Work out payment arrangements with consumers.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Adhere to all consumer protection laws

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work until 9pm two nights per week.
• Must have good verbal communication skills.
• Must have customer service or collections experience.
• Must be able to work in a windows based computer operating system.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
