Job Duties:

 

  • Will work primarily with Personal Lines, but also assist with Commercial Lines
  • Respond professionally and accurately to telephone and email inquiries, providing quality service to customers and associates
  • Listen attentively to the client needs to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Strive for quick resolution to every problem
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with every part of the experience, from the initial greeting through the following up of requested changes
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
  • Follow up with clients after the sale is completed to guarantee satisfaction
  • Advise on what products are needed to adequately service a client
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance to Commercial Customers
  • Check Personal Lines Renewals for proper discounts.
